The General Element can be used to create any Question Type or Presentation. It is used for Drag Drop and Hot Spot interactions. If none of the pre-defined Element types are appropriate for the kind of Element you need to create, you can use a General Element.

If the trainee should choose one or more options out of several to provide their answer you should create a Multiple choice Element.

If the trainee must choose between True and False to provide their answer you should create a True/False Element.
|
|
If the trainee must choose between Yes and No to provide their answer you should create a Yes/No Element.

If you do not want the trainee to provide an answer, but wish merely to provide information you should create an Information Element. You must add a User Pause at the end on the Information list as there is no Interaction section.

If the trainee must answer with a typed word or phrase you should create a Short Answer Element.
|
